Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of window treatments (“Products”) provided by paintCLE (“Company”) to the customer (“Customer”). By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms.

1. Order and Acceptance 1.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. 1.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion. 1.3 Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and any required deposit.
2. Pricing and Payment 2.1 Prices are as specified in the quote provided to the Customer and are valid for 30 days. 2.2 A 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement. The balance is due upon delivery or installation unless otherwise specified. 2.3 Payments can be made via credit card, check, cash, or ACH. 2.4 Taxes, shipping, and installation fees are additional unless expressly included in the quote.
3. Cancellation and Changes 3.1 Orders may be canceled or changed within 48 hours of placement, subject to a cancellation/change fee if applicable. 3.2 Custom or made-to-order Products cannot be canceled or changed after manufacturing begins.
4. Delivery and Installation 4.1 The Company will provide an estimated delivery and installation timeline. 4.2 Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as supply chain issues or weather, will not constitute a breach of these Terms. 4.3 The Customer must provide access to the installation site and ensure the area is prepared as instructed by the Company. 4.4 Additional charges may apply for rescheduling or delays caused by the Customer.
5. Warranty and Defects 5.1 The Products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, which guarantees that the Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the specified warranty period. 5.2 Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of discovering the defect. 5.3 The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation by third parties, or normal wear and tear.
6. Returns and Refunds 6.1 Custom or made-to-order Products are non-returnable and non-refundable. 6.2 Stock Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging, subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
7. Limitation of Liability 7.1 The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale, delivery, or installation of the Products. 7.2 The Company’s liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective Products or a refund of the purchase price at the Company’s discretion.
8. Entire Agreement 10.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications. 10.2 Any modifications to these Terms must be in writing and signed by both parties.
